A-Grade Electrician
Lead installation and commissioning for solar PV, batteries, and EV chargers across metro and regional Victoria.
Requirement Criteria
- Current VIC A-Grade electrical licence (unrestricted).
- Experience with solar PV, switchboards, and battery commissioning.
- Valid White Card and current Australian driver's licence.
- Strong testing, fault-finding, and compliance documentation skills.
Heat Pump Installer
Install and replace residential heat pump hot water systems with high safety and workmanship standards.
Requirement Criteria
- Relevant VBA plumbing registration/licence for heat pump installation scope.
- ARCtick refrigerant handling licence where refrigerant pipework is required.
- Experience in retrofits, pipework layout, and safe commissioning.
- Good customer communication and clear handover documentation.
Apprentice
Support licensed tradespeople on-site while building practical experience toward a long-term career in clean energy.
Requirement Criteria
- Enrolled in or willing to start Certificate III in Electrotechnology pathway.
- Committed to a supervised apprenticeship and structured training.
- White Card (or willingness to obtain before site start) and driver's licence preferred.
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and strong focus on safety.
Sales Consultant
Guide customers from first enquiry to signed proposal for solar, battery, EV charging, and heat pump upgrades.
Requirement Criteria
- Proven B2C/B2B sales experience in energy, electrical, or construction solutions.
- Strong knowledge of VIC rebates, ROI basics, and product matching.
- Confident with CRM follow-up, quoting workflows, and pipeline management.
- Excellent communication, objection handling, and consultative selling skills.
